Important: During our launch phase, we are offering a 1-month FREE trial to the first 10 retailers who sign up for early access. No payment is required during this trial period, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of service usage and the nature of the issue. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
